if you re able to purchase the product, it is in-stock and ready to be shipped to you shortly after. Products are restocked as soon as possible if they are listed as out of stock.   

We offer a 30-day return policy for all products. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

No, right now we are only selling the OFFICIAL size 5 Soccer ball Bundle and it comes with a pump, a connector hose, and 2 needles


No, you don't have to order in multiples of 25, however if possible, it is preferred as most of our items are pre-packaged in groups of 25, but it is not necessary.

Payment Information

If you have established an account with WOW Supplies when you placed your order, you can go into your account and check to see if you payment has been received. You will also receive an email confirmation when your check has been received and money has been applied to your account.

Order Pick Up Information

Orders can be typically be picked up during the week Monday-Friday during the hours between 10Am and 4 PM - and by appointmnet on the weekend. Pleaese note that during the months of January - March, our store is open by appointment only. Please send an email to admin@wowsupplies.com to arrange for order pick up.

Typically, once we have payment the orders can be picked up within 2-3 business days. You will received an email confirmation that your order is ready to be pick-up at that time, please email Admin@wowsupplies.com to set up an appointment to pick up your order.

Typically, the store is open Monday - Friday from 10-4 PM, and occasionally on the weekends, but it is best to make sure the store is open by emailing admin@wowsupplies.com in advance Or by calling (540) 926-5602.

 

Shipping Information

Products are typically shipped through UPS or the USPS. If the order is particularly large, it will be sent via a drop shipment. 

We have an online, live rates, shipping estimator that you can use to find out the approximate shipping rate prior to checking out and paying for your order.

Creating an account is very easy to do! Just click on the fields when you confirm your order. We have set up this process so that you will be able to see and keep track of all your orders. Also, if you are a tax exempt customer, by setting up your account as tax exempt, your tax exempt status will be able to be kept in the system! No, your original name that you entered when you created your account becomes the "User Name" for that particular account and it can not be changed. However, you can deliver your order to anyone or anyplace you would like to, but your name will be associated with the order. 

Yes, each time you check out, you will be able to designate where you would like to have your products shipped. If the address is not listed in your account, you can easily add an address prior to check out.
