Typically, once we have payment the orders can be picked up within 2-3 business days. You will received an email confirmation that your order is ready to be pick-up at that time, please email Admin@wowsupplies.com to set up an appointment to pick up your order.

No, your original name that you entered when you created your account becomes the "User Name" for that particular account and it can not be changed. However, you can deliver your order to anyone or anyplace you would like to, but your name will be associated with the order.
